Shipping + Returns
Returns or Exchanges may be done within 10 days from purchase date. We kindly require that all item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must have the original tags attached or a refund will be denied. Original receipt is required.
We do not accept returns for earring or underwear. All Sale items or Discounted Items are Final Sale. We also are not able to accept refunds on Gift Certificates.
Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days upon the return of your items to Urban Nest. We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service proving a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability and the exchanged item is shipped to you.
Also please note that we do not cover your shipping costs. If you need to ship something back unfortunately we do not pay for that.
Orders typically get out to you within 48 hours of your order being placed (during the work week). Please note this may take longer during busier periods to be dispatched. We do all shipping manually, so please keep that in mind.
Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped will receive a Tracking Number from the shipment provider. Urban Nest will not be liable for lost or stolen packages and by placing an order with us, you accept the risk for this.
Please note that international customers will responsible for any additional duties and import taxes when they receive their shipments.
